Does the MSP wholesale rate include hardware?
Not by default. The wholesale rate covers the software, NOC, and management layer. Most MSPs source hardware themselves or pass our hardware cost through as a separate line item. We can structure it either way on the partner call.
What counts as a device?
Each online router or access point in your fleet counts as one device. Decommissioned or offline spare units are not billed.
Can I start on one plan and move to another?
Yes. Founding Member rates are locked for life. Standard plans can move to MSP billing once you cross the volume threshold.
Are there any setup fees?
Home and SMB plans have a one-time $199 setup fee that covers configuration and installation. MSP onboarding is customized based on fleet size.
Is there a free pilot or design partner program?
Yes. For qualified MSPs and mid-market deployments, we offer a scoped pilot with an expiration date. This is not an invisible freebie — it is a formal program with clear success criteria.
