Help with AstraLink DLP
AstraLink DLP is installed and configured by your organization on computers it owns or manages. That shapes where the answers live: your IT administrator controls the policy, and we support the software underneath it.
If you're an employee on a managed device
Start with your IT administrator or office manager. Questions like "why was my paste blocked?", "can this site be approved?", or "can this be removed from my machine?" are policy decisions made by your organization, not by AstraLink. Your administrator can adjust the policy or explain why it's set the way it is.
If you're an administrator
The full setup and reference documentation — enrollment, MDM profiles, the traffic proxy, and policy configuration — lives at docs: AstraLink DLP.
For help with deployment, the management console, policy configuration, or anything not behaving as documented, email us at support@astralinkconnect.com and we'll get you to the right person. Include your organization name and, if it's about a specific device, the rough time the issue occurred, so we can find it in the logs faster.
Wondering what it collects?
The short version: detection runs on your device, and the browser extension makes no network requests at all. The complete answer, component by component, is in the AstraLink DLP Privacy Notice.
